Far Cry Map Weeks 5-6

For this update I have been continuing on the process of object placement to get the layout correct before the detail passes. I have altered some areas slightly and added new ones not in the original design because I feel that during testing the level didn't flow as well as I liked and the sight lines didn't feel correct.

The blue circle indicates where the new player spawn point will be, the yellow square indicates the first engagement with an enemy which the player can decide how the want to deal with that situation.

The yellow lines indicate the paths that the player can take and as shown there are multiple paths that they can choose from whilst ultimately leading to a single goal - the elimination of the enemies. I decided to use a "Lanes" system to allow the player the illusion of choice in where they are going with minor combat differences in each lane. Ultimately however they will have to eliminate all enemies from the station if they are to proceed.

Next week I am hoping to make significant progress with this map and to get my first detailed pass done and playable within 2 weeks.
